Catalyst Material Development MemPro’s unique manufacturing process and our extensive technical knowledge allows us to continually develop new catalyst materials. We have the resources to efficiently integrate various rare earth metals and other reactive metallic species into virtually any inorganic and organic nanofiber material. In addition to our base product lines that incorporate palladium, platinum, and rhodium, we have developed a knowledge foundation that allows us to integrate the following metal catalysts into our fibers*:
In addition to functionalizing base ceramic nanofibers with various metals catalysts, MemPro is currently developing additional mixed-composite nanofibers that can be used for various catalytic and non-catalytic applications. This ability to produce ceramic composite materials from our unique manufacturing process allows great flexibility in fiber compositions. Some specific examples include*:
mixed lanthanum oxides
This partial list of mixed oxides exemplifies the variety of materials that are possible. As we continue to expand our nanofiber inventory, please let us know if you would like to integrate catalysts into one of our nanofiber materials, or if you are working on a new catalyst material for a specific application.
